Wonderful support from Rising Care for my family member. They go over and above the call of duty to help and do their utmost to provide excellent care which relieves the burden from my shoulders. I cannot thank them enough for all they do for us. A special mention for Patricia who actually arranged extra care for my son whilst she was on her holiday. Lovely carers who provide a good listening ear and take their duties seriously. Thank you to them all.
Rising Care Services have recently been providing care for my 81 year old mother in her own home. Mum was suffering with chronic sciatica, hardly mobile, ridden with pain and highly medicated. The service was quickly put into place by conscientious staff and ongoing communication was always available via Patricia, which offered peace of mind due to me living a distance away. The support, care, encouragement, meals and company mum received undoubtedly prevented her from being readmitted to hospital or residential care. Mum has made amazing progress, she is now living independently, with her confidence continuing to grow. Without the support received from Rising Care, especially Respect, I am unsure as to how we would have managed. Thank you.
I have been with Rising Care Services for about 7 months, and the carers and management go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been with four care companies before now and Rising Care are the best I have ever had. I would never want to be with any other company. I would recommend Rising Care to anyone, as I honestly do not believe there is a better care company out there.
